Nobel Prize Data Exploration
This Jupyter notebook analyzes data on Nobel laureates from 1901 to 2020. There is a strong emphasis on visualization and uses the Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Plotly libraries. The notebook can easily be viewed through the GitHub link above; however, the Plotly graphs are only displayed within an IDE and are not visible online. Some insights from this research include: it has become more common for the Nobel Prize to be shared, peace prize laureates is the only group that is growing younger over time, and the top five organizations prize recipients are associated with are all American universities (U. of California, Harvard U., Stanford U., M.I.T., U. of Chicago).
